This page explains what we collect when you book a class, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to support@bunevents.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, age and gender, and the class and time you book.
• Payment details, which go straight to Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and booking steps completed, to understand how the site is used.
• Emails you send us.

The class itself

Classes are held on Zoom and are not recorded by us. Zoom processes your name, voice and (if you turn it on) video to run the meeting, under its own privacy policy. Other students in your class see the name you join with, and hear you in the breakout rooms.

Why we use it

• To run your booking: confirm it, send your Zoom link, give you your phrase sheet and let you sign in.
• To follow up if you start a booking and do not finish it.
• To check classes are for adults (18 and over), and so the teacher knows who is coming.

Who else handles it

• Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Zoom (the class).
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Bookings are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. Everything else is deleted when you ask. Email us from the address you booked with.
