What you are buying
A place in one live, 60-minute beginner language class on Zoom, at the time you booked, and the phrase sheet for that class in your account. Each booking is one payment; nothing renews.
What a class can and cannot do
A class is an introduction for complete beginners. It covers greetings, introductions, numbers, ordering at a café and survival phrases. It does not lead to a qualification and will not make you fluent.
Cancelling and moving
You can cancel for a full refund, or move to another time, by emailing support@bunevents.com at least 24 hours before the start. If we cancel or move a class, you choose a full refund or another time. If you miss a class without telling us, we will offer you another time once.
In the class
Classes are for adults (18 and over). Be kind to the other students: everyone is a beginner. We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive, without a refund. Do not record the class.
